Very pretty place. Hard to find as the address on the gps is next door. A maintenance individual directed us. Watch the hotel bill. Gratuities are snuck into the bill in the restaurant. There is a resort fee but the hot tub and pool were closed. The front desk graciously dropped it

My overall rating is mostly based on the customer service- or complete lack thereof that I received on my visit the weekend of September 26th. When checking in - the guy checking us in firstly showed absolutely no hospitality- not even interested in looking at me let alone any greeting. I asked him where to park and he just says - park across the street in any lot - no more details. After I couldn’t find parking in any of the 4 parking lots I tried, my fiance (waiting in the hotel lobby) asks the guy that there seems to be no parking available- he rudely responds - “there are 13 parking lots - keep trying “. Not only did this rude person not tell me any of those details, he also didn’t need to be rude to my fiance. Then, when we actually check in there’s no interaction and no warmth. They didn’t even offer us a bottle of water or anything. Just interested in taking your money and not saying anything. Additionally, they charge extra fees for the pool or whatever. And again, the person charged my card without telling me that they did when we checked in, let alone mentioning what that was for. And their cancellation policy is awful also. They just buy online ads and that’s how they get people to stay - but I’d rather spend more and stay somewhere with actual hospitality

We accidentally booked the wrong date. The cancellation date had expired. They changed the date for us at no charge. They also provided us with preferred parking with our handicap sticker when no other spots were available. The staff were all exceptional.

This property is less expensive than staying in Aspen and convenient to drive there in Less than 20 minutes. The hot tubs were closed due to refurbishment and we were not told about this prior to arrival. If you have a room that faces the front of the building, there are loud deliveries in the early am. The gym area is updated and nice.

Staff was great. I checked in late and left in early in the morning, but the late night receptionist was very welcoming and fast. Room and property were clean and easy to use. Just booked anther two nights for an additional stay this coming week.

Our favorite part of our stay was the convenient transportation that took us anywhere we needed to go. We are definitely coming back here again

Stonebridge Inn @ Snowmass is a very nice property. Checking was easy, hotel staff were pleasant and helpful. Large menu, great dessert items. Our server, Loran, was first class.

I thought the property had a great location. It had a nice outside patio with a fire overlooking a pool that was pretty. I loved the shuttle to and from the JAS Experience. The rooms were a little dark and dated as well as the hallways. Our room was warm and we could not adjust thermostat. Directions were to open a window. We were on the ground floor and didn’t want that open. Also the bar staff was the rudest I have ever encountered. I believe her name was Kate. The bar also had a limited inventory of liquor. We always stopped at the bar and listened to music one night. We came back from festival and sat down and were treated so rudely. We ordered a couple of drinks that could not be made. Kate told us “What we see is what we get” She also said, “you saw me on the ladder looking at our inventory”. We were taken aback by her rudeness. Then we just picked something we saw and ordered it. She said “I don’t have that”. We said, “It’s on the shelf where you told us to look. Had we had another place to go we would have. Big festival weekend and that’s how you treat people.

This was a decent stay. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean.The prices are reasonable for what you get. The resort fee (6% ?) was not charged on expedia which was strange when we arrived and were asked to pay resort fee even when we didn't plan to use any of those amenities (pool).

The location was perfect. The receptionist in glasses could’ve been nicer, but maybe she just had a long day, who knows. But over all it was great time.

No AC. TV and phone not working. Asked twice for an extension cord so I could get the floor fan in front of the window. No follow up. Room was 75° and the coolest it got was 72°. Area is great. Public areas are clean and well decorated.
