Sonnenalp

8/10 Good
"Our stay at Sonnenalp was absolutely wonderful. We had a fabulous trip and truly believe this is a very special property with so much soul, warmth, and character. The hotel, its atmosphere, and the overall experience were exceptional, and we would happily return. There is just one situation I would like to mention as constructive feedback. When we arrived at Bully Ranch, one of the bartenders was unexpectedly rude to us, and the interaction made us feel somewhat unwelcome. I shared the situation with the Manager on Duty, who was very kind and attentive and offered to send us a bottle of Prosecco. I explained that we were not looking for any compensation; I simply wanted the situation to be acknowledged and addressed. Nothing further came of it, which is completely fine, but I sincerely hope the hotel takes the opportunity to review the interaction with the team member involved. Sonnenalp provides such a warm and genuine hospitality experience that this particular interaction felt very out of character for the property. Overall, we had an excellent stay and leave with wonderful memories. Sonnenalp is truly a sensational hotel with a lot of heart."
