「No problems 」

「Pool shut down. Did not see any notice in listing that there was a resort charge. Lots of nickel and diming with this property. Parking fee was outrageous at nearly $100 for a two night stay. Beware of all the huge add in fees」

「Very nice hotel room with plenty of space. Outdoor hot tub was nice and relaxing. Has a coffee bar and restaurant inside as well.」

「Hayley at check in was super nice, our room was ready before check-in time. Hotel was beautiful in general. However, our room was very warm. We were able to open a window which helped. The breakfast was not great, sausage overcooked, powdered scrambled eggs were not good, out of coffee.」

「My and my friends had the worst time at this hotel. The pool was under construction, and the entire hotel was so cold that the front office gentleman was wearing a coat the whole time. My partner is allergic to the cold and had such a bad reaction we had to leave the hotel early to take her to the hospital. I honestly would love a refund. This was an awful experience. 」

「The rooms were very clean. We loved the fireplace and access to the trails nearby. The location is amazing because you can be near anything you need within 3-5 minutes. I really liked how they had extra garage bags, cleaning supplies for dishes and an onsite washer/dryer. We visited from Tennessee and loved having the humidifiers in every bedroom. 「Booked this hotel because it advertised that breakfast was included. When we walked down on our first morning, we found out that it was NOT included. But the staff was extremely nice, room was clean and the shuttle drop off/pick up was great! Also, be aware that there is a charge to valet/park your vehicle per night.」

「Great location with a beautiful mountain view. The unit is a bit outdated, but the kitchen is well equipped with plenty of supplies. The check-in process was very smooth, and the staff was friendly — we even received our apartment earlier than expected, which was a nice bonus. What I didn’t like about this rental concept is that guests are required to make the beds, take out the trash, and leave all utensils in the dishwasher before leaving.
