My Condo is a garden level condo - there are 6 steps down. It is light & bright and meticulously maintained with travertine cobble-stone-like flooring, slab granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, hand troweled walls, and built-in bunk bed area across the hall from bedroom with standard twin sized mattresses. Perfect for a couple or a couple with one or two small children. I sketched a floor plan and you can view it under my photos. Note that this is not a 2 bedroom condo - this is a petite one bedroom condo with built in bunks across the hall from the bedroom.
The entry area is a mini mudroom with a bench for sitting while putting on your shoes, pegs to hang coats, cubbies for hats and gloves, ski holder, and boot trays for dirty shoes.
The kitchen has a small pantry, mini range with stove top, microwave, mini dishwasher, refrigerator and garbage disposal. It is equipped with Gotham Steele pots & pans, cooking utensils, knives, silverware, dishes and coffee cups, drinking glasses, wine glasses, Keurig Coffee Maker (sorry, coffee pods not included), blender, crock pot, towels, pot holders, and paper towels. For dinning, there is a Bistro Table with bar stools. The bistro table has drop down leaves if you need more space.
The living room has 2 loveseats an ottoman (New for 2020 ski season), and a 30" Smart TV with the standard You Tube TV, Netflix, Prime, Pandora, and more (New for 2021 summer season). The Bedroom has a 30' Smart TV, queen sized bed (New for the 2020 ski season) and dresser. The bunks are located just across the hall from the bedroom.
One full bathroom with sink, toilet and tub with shower. I provide hand soap, bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, Q-tips, cotton balls, toilet paper, hair dryer, and towels.
