"Staff was remarkably efficient and so responsive to emergencies (we had a fire practice onsite). Property was clean and brought a sense of family and togetherness to share with all guests and if wanted to mingle a bit and share their memories together. "This is a great hotel. It’s modern with nice, quiet rooms and helpful staff. It’s located just one stop away from Osaka station on the Metro in what seems to be a business district (so it’s quiet in the evenings). The breakfast is great. Would recommend if you want something in an area quieter than Namba but still very central."

"The air conditioning worked well and we were glad that the panel included English! It was cold outside so it wouldn't get too cold. I did notice that the water temperature from the shower in the room fluctuated quite a bit. There is a Lawson at the corner and its a pretty straight walk to the Shin Osaka station close to the Osaka Metro Midosuji Line."

"The hotel is about 5 minutes walk to USJ. Staff are very nice. Hotel lobby is very nice with minion theme. Our room has 4 single beds looking out with a view. Room is spacious but once we opened up all four luggage, the room is small and hard to walk. Bathroom is nice, with one sink. No hook for your clothes though. Water pressure is good and the bath tub is good after a full day walking at USJ."
