"When we arrived the staff greeted us and gave us a warm welcome. The check in was fast and then we were lead to our room. The staff explained all the onsens available as well as giving us a tour. "Nice and quaint ryokan with free shuttle service. The tourist information centre can help to contact them for you when you arrive. We booked the only room with an outdoor onsen and bathroom as we were travelling with a toddler. All other rooms don’t have any private toilets. Dinner was amazing and served at sister ryokan 5 minutes walk away.
