"The place was a well located and of easy access. They arranged for my husband and daughter airport pickup and even fixed the reservation mistake I made. The staff was very helpful and made my husband and daughter’s stay a stress free and happy time in Palermo. Grazie mille!!"

"The hotel is located in a quiet street, and is near lots of restaurants. My room was fine for one night, smallish, with a single bed, and clean. The AC functioned well, but the TV had no English language channels. I missed out on breakfast as I had to leave early to make my flight. So I would recommend the Columbia for travelers to Palermo."
