"Giovanni was an attentive host from pre-booking all the way thru check-out. He was always available when we needed him and provided a lovely home. The place is HUGE. As a couple, we often got lost - lol. Originally booked for a larger group so would have been nice to share the apartment with more people so felt like a mansion for 2 people. Only thing for big groups to know is both bathrooms require access thru the bedrooms, so if you’re not close with the person in the 3rd bedroom coming thru...

Great pool near the port

"We had two nights here to complete our Sicily holiday. The hotel is expensive but it is summer. The room was spacious but the shower needs a good scrub. The pool was perfect for the hot days but railings and posts need some direct maintenance which is a feature of Sicily but should not be at this price. Location is good as it is not far to walk to the busy old town. Restaurant was very enjoyable. "

A week in Palermo

"This is a really lovely hotel in an amazing street in Palermo. It’s made up from three properties one of which was a monastery. The staff are really lovely the breakfast was excellent and the air conditioning was superb which was fabulous as the temperature was so high. We did the bus tour and visited the cathedral which was amazing. We also did the Mafia tour which was fascinating. "
