"I loved all their clientele it was amazing, food was great facilities were very well maintained however rooms were very tight with my large size luggage and lobby located on 11th floor had plenty space to sit but no spot to sit by front on grand floor while waiting for taxi Uh there was no thermostat to rise up temperature. I was able to access to use cooling only, I found it was cold during night time as temperature drops Otherwise I had great experience at the Gracery hotel"

"Check in was smooth and fast. Front desk was nice and professional. I must be getting old because I could hardly hear the girl talk. Anyways, room was nice and clean - had a washer (no dryer but that’s what the drying rack and balcony are there for), stove top, oven (but no microwave), large fridge and freezer (nice) and even a air dresser (to keep your clothes fresh). Had breakfast there daily - good mix of Korean and western - service was good as well. "

Each morning’s breakfast was nothing short of exquisite—thoughtfully curated with exceptional quality and refined presentation. The harmonious selection of Korean, Western, and international offerings provided both variety and balance, delivering more than enough to energize and elevate the start of each day. Equally impressive was the caliber of the staff, whose professionalism and attentiveness were truly of an elite standard. The housekeeping service, in particular, was outstanding—consistently meticulous and deserving of the highest commendation."

"It was a good stay with clean facility, nice rooftop bar, though very limited items, and closed too early, pretty wasteful to have an outdoor facility could be used during the day. The BF is decently priced $17pp much less than most of the hotels in the similar areas. The location is good, conveniently set with wonderful surroundings, except there was so much construction. The price of the hotel was extremely outrageous for the property offered, with nearly $500USD/day, this is the worst value/dollar ratio ever."
