"Central location, clean property and rooms, staff are very friendly, accommodating and spoke English very well. Didn’t utilize the F&B but the room was great. Could use a bit more storage space but it was great"

"We were in the family suite that slept 4. There are only one of those. The room came with access to a semi private terrace also on that floor. Free breakfast buffet was small but very tasty. They have a delivery zone on the 2nd floor… BUT most of the restaurants listed never once opened during our stay. Convenient for those getting work done at Gangnam plastic surgery clinic. 2 convenience stores close by. Elevators and lobby is tiny and often crowded with luggage storage. "

"Pros: Generally a nice stay with clean rooms. Staff were kind and helpful. Luggage storage in the lobby was awesome because they had lockers. Cons: Pillows were a bit hard and the drain made a lot of noise (mildly disruptive while sleeping). Lots of options for breakfast but the food was a little bit more cafeteria vibes than boutique hotel vibes."
