My son and I enjoyed staying at this hotel and it exceeded our expectations. It was clean, modern, luxurious and the staff was friendly. Also, unlike many other hotels in Korea, it allowed us to change our reservation which was very important to us, given our hectic and ever-changing itinerary. I highly recommend it!

Nice hotel with good view

The hotel rooms were recently renovated. The room was very clean. Breakfast had various menus and was good. The 19th floor offered a good view.

Swimming pool not ready

Most services were excellent. But we could not use some amenities such as swimming pool which my child really wanted.

신나는 수영장 호캉스

수영장이 특히 좋았고 전반적인 서비스 모두 좋고 친절하고 굿인데ᆢ 룸이 이상햇는지 에컨소리인지? 쿵쿵 탁탁소리가 밤새낫는데 룸췌인지 귀찮아서 그냥잠 ᆢ 좀 아쉽지만 좋은호캉 했어요

호텔 등급과는 거리가 먼 서비스

리모델링후의 신나냄새가 아직도 나고 있고 화장실의 하수구 냄새는 개선이 필요하다. 하지만 무엇보다 호텔 grade에 비해 불만족스러웠던 것은 조식당의 서비스이다. 조식 시간이 휴일에도 10시까지로 촉박함은 둘째치고 9시50분부터 9시 54분까지 종업원이 두분이나 차례로 와서 빨리 나가줄 것을 종용하였다. 당시 식사가 거의 끝나가고 있음을 접시위의 음식으로 알텐데 왜 그렇게 재촉하는 것인지... 10시가 넘었으면 이해하였을 것인데... 분명 첫번째 종업원이 왔을때 10시안에 나갈 것임을 알렸음에도 또 다른 분이 와서 왜 재촉을 하는지 같이 간 와이프는 먹다가 체할것 같아 그만두고 나왔다. 다시는 이 호텔을 가지는 않을거 같다..

청주시에서 최고로 깔끔한 호텔 추천

청주공항 근처에 있어서 그런지 항공승무원들이 많이 이용하네요. 객실 깨끗하고 조식 서비스도 좋았습니다.

청주에 가신다면 추천합니다.

조용하고, 넓고, 깨끗했습니다. 가격도 좋았습니다. 게다가 업그레이드까지 해 주셔서 정말 좋았어요... 욕실바닥과 세면대 뒤쪽에 머리카락들이 몇 개 떨어져 있는 것 빼고는 모든 것이 마음에 들었습니다. (욕실바닥은 검은 타일이어서 청소시에 아마 안보였을수도 있겠습니다만..)
