ãThe hosts were wonderful. really made me feel welcome and safe and provided a total sanctuary away from the dusty festival I was performing at. lovely view from the window onto the fountain which created a tranquil vibe. the breakfast was absolutely delicious but most of all it was the staff and managers who really went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and I cannot fault their hospitality. Loved my stay.. would definitely stay here again. Thank you!ã
ãIt's a little far from the station, but close to the city center.
The room was clean, had a bath with sufficient hot water, and was comfortable.
Staff told us that drinks at the bar on the first floor would be half price.ã
ãWe arrived late and stayed for one night after a wedding nearby.
Was so glad for the spacious car park because I was absolutely shattered and it was so dark.
We stayed in a twin room with double and single bed. The single wasn't quite as plush as the double and my daughter was so disappointed she wasn't allowed to sleep in the big bed! The single was a bit hard but not too bad. I was grateful for the extra pillow in the wardrobe as they were a bit flat for me.
The shower head holder was loose...
ãSpotlessly clean. I stayed during a heatwave and the room was kindly provided with air-con type fans. Parking was easy and staff helpful and friendly.ã
ãThis was one of the best experiences Iâve had in all of England staying at this charming inn. The food was outstanding as well as the service and staff. I would highly recommend this to anyone, especially if you want to visit several of the southern Pride and Prejudice movie sites such as Stourhead or Wilson House. Stonehenge is also close by! Great location! ã
