Mercure White Hart Hotel Salisbury and Apartments
Great location and very friendly and helpful staff. Parking was a bit of an issue as we arrived later in the afternoon. Hotel was pleasant for a one night stay but small room and a large stain on the carpet greeted us as we opened the door to enter. Had all the amenities necessary.

Legacy Rose and Crown Hotel
Booked and paid last year for room with king bed. Didnt get that. No explanation why from staff. Room was in old part with no ventilation and double bed that needed to be replaced years ago. Great place if you want close to the railway: just across the street and around the corner. Very clean, room was small but comfortable, very clean. Luxury villa for 22 people with pool, jacuzzi, large garden and private pub!
The whole experience was wonderful. The pool, although cold was well used, followed by a dip in the hot tub. The little private pub was a hit, along with the games room. A beautiful venue for special ocasions. Comfortable rooms, lovely grounds and helpful hosts. Altogether amazing.
