Mercure White Hart Hotel Salisbury and Apartments
Great location and very friendly and helpful staff. Parking was a bit of an issue as we arrived later in the afternoon. Hotel was pleasant for a one night stay but small room and a large stain on the carpet greeted us as we opened the door to enter. Had all the amenities necessary.

Legacy Rose and Crown Hotel
Booked and paid last year for room with king bed. Didnt get that. No explanation why from staff. Room was in old part with no ventilation and double bed that needed to be replaced years ago. The Merchant's House, BW Signature Collection
First time staying in The Merchant and although the single bed room was a bit of a hike from reception it was clean and comfortable Staff were very welcoming especially at breakfast which was an excellent buffet
