「The hotel is in the perfect location, right in the middle of Essex Street. It was easy to walk around the entire down town area and felt completely safe for my sister and I. The only thing is that because it is so centrally located, it definitely is noisy into the night and early in the morning, but for the location, you can’t beat it! 」

「The Silsbee Suite was lovely! Its def just for 1 or 2 ppl even though the kitchen is huge there is only 1 queen bed and a couch. You also habe acess to your own private patio but we were out all day and didnt really utilize that. This property is in walkimg distance to everything you need to get to and see in Salem. It is an old house and you can hear EVERYTHING! Even the other guests if they sneeze or laugh so just be aware of that. I would def stay again 」

It was a few minutes from the City witch mall and the pedestrian shopping. Also within the same distance to the trolley stop (which I highly recommend). If you’re looking for a great experience then stay here. 」
