There is quite a bit of street noise, but it's at a busy intersection so what can you really do.
The wifi is a tad slow, at least on the 3rd floor. Otherwise, lovely.」
「Immaculate property and very nice staff especially Jacqueline in housekeeping and the friendly woman in the Breakfast Room whose name I am sorry I have forgotten; but always had a happy greeting for me everyday at 6 am! The Breakfast Room was always spotless and well-stocked. She does a first-class job!」
「The staff at The Hotel Salem are so friendly and helpful. If you want to be right in the middle of Essex Street, this is the spot. The room was very comfortable and clean. Plus you have two great eating spots right on property, The Counter and The Roof. Nothing beats the views from the roof and the food and drinks are delicious. Only drawback is that parking is a bit of a walk because you are staying is a historic part of town. My favorite place to stay in Salem.」
「The Cabot Lodge is a quaint, adorable, wonderful place to stay! The room itself is tiny but the bathroom is spacious. The room has everything you need, including a sound machine! There are complimentary snacks and coffee, and the bed is very comfortable. The town itself is historic and has some very cool shops. Would absolutely stay here again!」
