"Very helpful staff at this hotel. Spacious room and wonderful shower! Convenient location to many historic attractions nearby. Very hard for the people who use wheelchairs reaching to rooms as ramps were not paved smoothly and one ramp near our room was actually broken."

"Parking was $30 a day weather you use the Valet service or not to park at the hotel. Covered and secure so not that bad, Staff was ok except for one of the desk workers that told partner to go smoke by the dispensary because it was monitored. He took offense to saying the homeless were aggressive when begging for smokes. Hotel had no baggage carts but they valet allowed us to use even though we did not use their service. Breakfast was good most days the potatoes were always cold but the eggs hot. Clean enough lost hot water the last night there, good location to walk the Salem area. Good food located close, heavy homeless population, Fire department close and busy hope you like sirens. Overall good location ok food would go back. Also the A/C sounded like a UFO taking off when it came on, noisy as hell."

"This was a good rental for a small family get together. We all like to cook and the kitchen is well stocked and with a island so that you can visit while cooking. It is so convenient to all of the shops and restaurants. I had a bit of trouble with the online security check in. Luckily my son was able to get me through it but it wasn't easy. Beyond that I totally recommend this. "

"We had a wonderful stay in Beverly, MA! The space was spotless and very well maintained, which made us feel comfortable right away. Aldo was extremely communicative and helpful throughout our stay, making everything smooth and stress-free. We especially loved how close the location was to the train—it made getting around so easy. The neighborhood was friendly and welcoming, which added to the overall experience. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again!"

"The pros: The parking was solid, the instructions were clear for entry, the photos were extremely helpful, the bed was comfortable, and the location was as advertised.The cons: The walls are extremely thin, and you could hear every footstep, item drop, and chair move from upstairs, along with every conversation in the hallway. The advertised sofa-sleeper was broken and had been for a long time, per the host. We booked the location based on the second bed, so we were very disappointed to find the actual second bed was an air mattress."
