the other reviews worried me, but it was an enjoyable stay! it was in a good area with an arcade/bowling alley near by. It was clean, quiet, and had everything we needed for our stay in boston. by no means was it the fanciest hotel around, but for what we paid it was perfect and certainly not as bad as some of these reviews say. I would absolutely consider staying again if iā€™m ever back in boston!

Hotel is dated with many unit addtions over the years now beyond the capacity of quaint front desk and intimate marginal area for complimentary breakfast when hotel is near capacity. Rooms are dated but maintained somewhat. For example, after a long day, returned to room finding room serviced but door unlatched due to defective door lock that was previously reported to front desk . No repair was performed, service attendant may have not closed/locked door due to defect.
