"I have never had such welcoming nice staff. Zay was amazing. I have never been to a hotel where I can text food and alcohol requests and have them bring it right to the room. Zay is the most smiling welcoming front desk a place could ask for. Without Zay I wouldn’t have had such a great experience. The kindness the smile the helpfulness made everything worth it. I also love how the restaurant was right downstairs. They had great food. The manager or owner whoever he was, he would always check to ensure our food was good and we were satisfied. It’s the perfect location right in town. Definitely will stay here again. "

"First time visiting Salem & the Salem Inn did not disappoint! If I could give it more than 5 stars I would! It’s so cozy & cute & in a PERFECT location! All of the major sights to see are in a walkable distance as well as the train station if you need to go into to Boston. Another major plus was the breakfast included! Very delicious and the inn keeper could not have been any sweeter! We would definitely stay again in a heartbeat!"

"This sweet little rental checks all the boxes to have a great time in Salem. It is located across the street from the commons. The living room is super cozy-a great place to unwind and relax after experiencing all the spooky stuff Salem has to offer. We were able to walk everywhere, but a designated parking spot is a nice bonus. Make sure you watch the videos Rachel uploaded on the check-in page. They are very helpful. Lots of doors to pick from and the video does an excellent job explaining this. We were here to spend time with family. This rental was perfect for us to unwind after a long day of family time.
