Great safe location with plenty of shopping and good restaurants. I recommend springing for the breakfast the Hotel offers, it was amazing! "

"Great location. Clean room with storage space that is efficiently used. Note that the elevator is small like many others in Portugal. We were on the first floor and frequently just climbed the one flight of stairs rather than wait for the elevator."

"The room, bathroom and the hotel as a whole are extremely clean. Location is excellent as it's one of the main streets of the city. The pastel de nata which they offer is a huge bonus- this is a must try if it's your first time visiting Portugal. During my stay in Lisbon, I was sadly pickpocketed, leaving me without a phone. The staff at LX Arch Hotel were amazing, as they went above and beyond in providing me with computer facilities, access to a phone to make calls, as well as directing me to the best police station to file a report of the theft. I wouldn't wish what happened to me upon anyone but just know that anybody who does stay at this hotel is in great hands. They will do everything they can to make your stay as comfortable as possible, even when things go wrong. "

"The hospitality was just amazing. Came in to find a bottle of wine, then the minibar was free. They brought wine and made the beds and topped up coffee pods for Turn down service. The room was beautiful, took a deluxe room with a balcony overviewing the street with trams. The bathroom and amenities were just great. Walking distance to everything. We love it!"

"Always a great stay! Great location, great rooms and excellent restaurants. Not to mention just steps to the metro. I did notice this trip in both the rooms I stayed in the beds were starting to show their ware (sinking in the center) and gave me some back pain. "

"The location was amazing, the staff very friendly and helpful. Room was very modern and clean. Note to self, there are no elevators and you must navigate at least 2 to 4 levels. Wine choices at front desk where wonderful and affordable."
