"La chambre et l’endroit sont d’une propreté exemplaire. Le personnel courtois et très professionnel; ils sont de parole et très serviables. Par contre il nous a fallu marcher loin et battre les marches avec nos valises dans la configuration du bloc D où notre chambre était. L’hotel étant dans le secteur Affaire plutôt que Touristique nous devons nous déplacer à pied, en métro ou Uber pour les attractions de la ville qui sont plus loin. Mais un excellent séjour de 2 jours que nous avons grandement apprécié à Lisbonne."

"The hotel is centrally located, easy walking to many attractions and restaurants. Room is small the bed very comfortable, the best water pressure shower ever. Staff were good and went out of their way to please. We neglected to place a wake up call for out first morning and our tour guide arrived front desk called us, when we did not answer they came to our room and let us know the tour bus was there, they arranged to have bus return so that we could dress and take the tour. Breakfast was very good, great selection. We would definitely stay again."

"This place is in the middle of old town. So much character, so much action, just a great vibe. We were lucky enough to get upgraded to a room with a balcony. Room was comfortable. Enough room to layout your suitcase and move around the room. Browns has a bar and restaurant, although we didn't try it. Jessica at the front dest was very helpful with suggestions and directions. We only stayed 1 night because of a layover. We liked the hotel, but REALLY loved the location. Because of this appetizer of Lisbon, we will be going back for longer."
