We had a wonderful stay. The location was very convenient, close to the station and a great base for exploring the many sights around Lisbon. The room was beautifully maintained, clean, and very comfortable. The support from the management team was also excellent. They responded to our questions very quickly, which made us feel well taken care of throughout our stay. We would highly recommend staying here!

Perfect location for a short break and within easy walking distance of bars, cafes, shops and places of interest. Lovely comfy beds and pillows, a small welcome box of treats and a lovely meringue as a special welcome was a nice touch. Safe and secure building with a lift if you have luggage. Would recommend

I definitely will stay here again. Thank you Residentas Team for your quick with response to any questions or concerns I have. The Apartment is cute, comfortable, clean, and with all amenities needed for a great stay away from home. The best part, the apartment is very central and easy to walk or with tram and bus nearby. I like that the Apartment have options for earlier check-in or late check-out even with an additional fee, this help me to check-in right away after arriving in Lisbon.

Commications was super. All check in code are send prior to arrival by message and email. We had a one bedroom suite on the 4 th floor. It is spacious super clean and very quiet. From the French balcony you can see the iconic tram 28 rolling by. We were offered a mid stay complementary house keeping and towel change by mid week. As for location it is right in the center. You are 2 blocks away from the pedestrian street Augusta where you find it lively and plenty of resturant to choose from. We took train to visit Sintra. The train station is only 10 min walk. Super convenient .
