「Loved our stay at Dalma Baixa, which I was told, is only a few days old. The front staff (Maria and a gentleman who lives on Rua Madalena) was lovely and so helpful. Security is tight and you need a passcode to enter. The hotel is modern and clean, and the breakfast was plentiful with breads, cold cuts, juices, teas, coffees and made-to-order eggs. There's an elevator and the AC and free wifi worked perfectly! It's in the heart of Baixa and you can walk everywhere! Even Tram 28 passes by! 」

Have been able to preserve the history of the building with modern amenities. I enjoyed their attention to detail in little things that were special such as water service in room, ice tea in the lobby, clean lobby bathroom and night turn back service gifts just to mention a few.
