"It was a clean resort but basically your paying for the view of beach because the area isn’t beach accessible really! Very rocky! Pool is good but no hot tub ! Breakfast decent just cereal and fruit basically nothing hot! Coffee ok I give it an overall ok rating I thought for 300 a night you might get a bit nicer and more but I guess not in Kauai! Very clean though."

"Our 4 day / 3 night anniversary stay at the Sheraton Kauai Coconut Beach Resort was extremely disappointing from start to finish. On our very first morning, we woke up to a flooded hotel room. Our clothes, luggage, and personal belongings were soaked. Instead of immediately helping resolve the issue, the staff gave us a hard time when we requested assistance getting our clothes and luggage dried. We were promised a new room right away, yet it took nearly 8 hours before we were finally moved. This completely ruined the plans we had made for our anniversary day. Sitting around waiting most of the day while dealing with water damage to our belongings is not how anyone expects to spend a vacation in Hawaii. What made the experience even worse was the complete lack of accountability or customer service afterward. No compensation, apology gesture, waived fees, or any attempt to make things right was offered. Then, upon checkout, we were still charged additional resort and parking fees despite everything we had dealt with during our stay. For the price paid and the reputation of this resort, the level of service and response to a major issue like a flooded room was unacceptable. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had, especially for what was supposed to be a special anniversary trip."

"Pros: Fantastic AC Great pool The offer aloe vera if you get burnt Great location Cons: Transphobic receptionist. (Just one, everyone else seemed very nice. I'm not trans, this person just felt the need to tell me.) Coffee maker infested with bugs. Room in need of repair, generally clean though. *Parking lot will flood if there's a lot of rain, make sure you park as far away from the front desk as possible."

"We had a wonderful time during our stay at this property. The views of the ocean from the balcony are stunning, we would wake up & have coffee there every morning. The space accommodated our party of 4 perfectly & was equipped with everything we needed. Rita communicated throughout the whole booking & pre check in process. We would definitely stay here again!"

"My husband and I had an amazing honeymoon here and stayed for one week. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. The kitchen had everything I needed and the washer and dryer worked well. The staff was always available and made sure we knew how to reach them if we needed anything:) The pool was amazing, and we loved taking little walks on the beach since the resort has such easy beach access. We even got to see monk seals during our stay! My favorite was we had a garden-view room, and was able to enjoy views of both the beach and the gardens. PS: Parking was super easy! We never struggled to find a spot:)"
