The grounds of the property extends to face the water and at sunset, you can walk out and witness the magnificence. You can walk to Poipu beach from there and then your relaxation begins.
It is also within walking/ short drive distance to Poipu restaurants, mall and all that Poipu has to offer!
The decor and facility may be a bit dated but it is very well maintained and cleaned. The folks who work there are friendly and courteous.

"As advertised. Nice location next to Poipu Beach. Quiet unit on the top floor. Air conditioning kept the unit cool during the hot and humid nights. Grab beach chairs, an umbrella, and boogie board from the closet and walk to Poipu Beach for excellent snorkeling. Kitchen comes well stocked with utensils, dishes, etc. There are 3, yes 3, coffee makers. One makes coffee from whole beans (use unflavored coffee). There is one that uses grounds and one that uses pods. Refrigerator has an ice maker and there are ice packs in the freezer (bring a cooler bag to keep drinks cold).The managers are super responsive. You can contact them with any questions/issues and they respond quickly. The pool is at the club across the street, where they have a bar and restaurant. Unit was clean. Shower was nice. Bed was comfortable. Overall, a great place to stay. My wife and I enjoyed our stay and would stay here again."

"We had an amazing time at the pool with our 4 year old twin boys. There were so many unique places for them to play and splash around. The views from the 3 bedroom villa were amazing and it was really easy to get around the island from this location. Highly recommend Kōloa landing if you are staying in Kauai. "
"This place is perfect. Right on the beach, lots of amenities, beautiful sunsets on the lawn…stargazing at night and many more memorable perks. The bed was comfy, pillows were perfect, water pressure strong, and a beautiful pool area. I highly recommend this tropical paradise. ((The burritos from Da Crack were great, as was the Thai Food from the food trucks nearby))"

"The Condo was very nicely decorated and great use of space. My daughter and I stayed here for 6 days and had a wonderful stay. The owners were super receptive to any requests. Everything looks brand new. Super comfortable location was quiet, nice lanai for breakfast every morning."
