"Radoslav was incredible to work with! He was so kind and communicative whenever needed. We really loved staying in his condo at Kiahuna Plantation. Having AC in the unit was a must- it was very hot and muggy, especially at the beginning of our trip, and the AC made all the difference for a comfortable stay. The condo was cute and well equipped - loved the living room furniture! Relaxing on the lanai was wonderful. It is further back on the property but only a short walk to the beach. We actually really loved being tucked away in the beautiful greenery/flowers. Plenty of working, clean BBQs on-site for grilling. My boys (12 & 15) enjoyed playing catch and running around the lawns.Radoslav arranged for a rollaway bed for one of my kids so that they didn't have to share the sleeper sofa. My son who slept on the sofa bed slept well and said it was comfortable. Thank you so much for making our last minute trip to Kauai so great!"

"Absolutely Phenomenal resort! I was there celebrating my 50th birthday and they went above and beyond making my trip special! I even saw dolphins from our hotel room with an epic view of the ocean. I could not have asked for a better gift! We used the adults only pool, ate a couple of meals at the small restaurant on site, walked to the beach (so close), rented snorkel gear. We didn’t get a chance to use the transportation they offered to go to local spots, because we had our own car, but loved that they had that. Free parking too, that was wonderful! Tori was very sweet, helpful with great communication. Making my stay just perfect. I didn’t get a chance to get a spa treatment but I’m sure that would have been heavenly too Very grateful and will highly recommend Koloa Landing Resort!"

"The unit was well equipped with kitchen utensils, plates and cups, and appliances were clean and in very good condition. The beds were comfortable and the pull out sofa bed upstairs made it easy to accommodate 6 adults. The beach gear was a plus and included beach chairs, a boogie board, cooler and adult sized surf board. The included access to the Poipu Beach pool, gym and sports complex is also a very valuable feature.Only issues during our stay were :1) cramped, low height commode and tight proximity to bathtub in Master suite which made it challenging for my disabled wife to access. Fortunately, the other bath had a low step-in shower and standard height commode.2) nightly encounters with cockroaches in shared bath, probably exacerbated by heavy rains from tropical storm Lala."

"We loved our stay! The condo had fantastic views of the ocean, was very clean and very quiet. It was just a few minutes to walk to the beach, and amazing sunsets could be seen just beyond the Sheraton Hotel next to the resort. We loved the beach items for use like the boogie boards and snorkle flippers, but there were also beach chairs, kids snorkle masks and an umbrella. We used the sofa bed as well and it was very comfortable. The condo had ac which made it very comfortable for sleeping. The kitchen came with everything you need to cook with plus extras like a toaster, a coffee maker, a blender, a microwave and a dishwasher. You do need to supply all of your food even salt etc so best to stop at Costco and/or Target while in Lihue. We also really enjoyed the pool and gym across the street, but the hours are 7am -7pm so we used it on days we stayed in Poipu."

"We stayed 7 days in this lovely condo. It was perfectly located next to the onsite cafe for a quick latte pickup/ meal and it was very close to parking, so no dragging luggage a long distance to the room. A short walk to the beach with chair and umbrellas and water toys to enjoy from the condo was nice. There are beach towels available at the beach. We especially enjoyed the closeness to shops and old town Koala. The kitchen has everything you would ever need to cook inside and the air conditioner was a huge plus. We will definitely recommend this condo to all our friends!"
