"Our ocean view was still 200 yards from the beach. Staff, and maintenance was fantastic! Owners had everything you needed from umbrellas, beach chairs, boogie boards, you name it. Furniture needs to be steamed cleaned though. All in All - our expectations fell a little short considering the value that was stated on the property view."

"What a beautiful condo in an excellent location with the most gorgeous view of palm trees and the ocean!! Pictures don’t do the view justice. It’s way better in person. All of the decor is designed perfectly and in excellent condition. It all felt brand new. I wish I could live here. It was so relaxing. The king bed provided us with the best sleep ever! The host has provided every amenity you could imagine. They provided an ice chest, beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, books, games, steamer for your clothes, ironing board, iron and the list goes on. The air conditioning makes a huge difference in Kauai. My husband looked for a long time to find a beautiful condo, with an ocean view and air conditioning at a reasonable price. This place was the gem of all gems!! The grounds are quiet at night and we never heard any noise from any of the other units. The host Deena and Steve are amazing and so easy to communicate with. Deena always responded to any questions quickly and kindly. She had a note book in the condo with suggestions of great places to eat and places to visit. Plus, everything else you would ever need to know which was greatly appreciated. If you are lucky enough to find this amazing condo in your search, you do not need to look any farther! Thank you Deena and Steve for the most amazing stay!! We will definitely be back!!"
