「Our room was clean. The linens were crisp. The beds were comfortable. The shower was hot and the water pressure was good. Nice size LG TV. We enjoyed a full breakfast with scrambled eggs, meat, pancakes, hot and cold cereal, fresh fruit, yogurt, various breads, coffee and juices. The hotel contacted us regarding our ETA to advise there might be a slight delay accessing a room. We were settled in within an hour of our arrival. The entire staff deserves credit for making our stay an enjoyable...

「The staff was impeccable, everyone had smiles and genuinely very helpful. The room was spacious, spotless and very welcoming. The blackout curtains were especially nice. Shopping and restaurants were within walking distance. Location was great. We would like to stay there again.」

「シャワーが出ず、対応してもらえるまで3回フロントに電話等が必要で、最終的に部屋を変えてもらえるまで1時間以上待たなければならなかった。そもそも今日昨日壊れたという感じの故障ではなさそうだった。 変えてもらった部屋は水回りが凄く古い部屋で、シャワーは出たが、翌朝トイレが故障した。 ベッドだけはどちらの部屋もとても清潔だったが、対応が遅くメンテナンスも行き届いておらずがっかりだった。」

「ヨーロッパのホテルのようでかわいい印象のホテルでした。部屋も広くてよかったです。ただ冷蔵庫の中、前の人のものだと思われる飲み物が残っていたのと、ドライヤーが１つとベッドランプのつまみがどちらも取れていて使えませんでした。そのためか、ドライヤーが2台ありました。」

「The house was very nice and clean. It has a lot of bedrooms so very nice for a larger party. Easy to find and close to town. Communication was excellent! I highly recommend!」
