"This is nicely remodeled, mostly new apartment building. I had elevator to third floor with a great view. Very clean and close to so much. You walk mostly because taxi service is 10 minutes away. But did not mind because of all the sites to see and food and shopping. but definitely recommend for a better Rome experience. All major attractions are within 15 to 20 minutes walking."

"My family and I stayed here in March 2024. The staff at the office was great. We asked them to coordinate pickup from the airport and their communication was excellent. Francesca answered every e-mail within a few minutes. The office is a 15 minute walk from the property and she walked us down there and showed us the unit. "The location is amazing! Love the apartment and all was great except for the hot water pressure. I also had trouble with the door code but they were very helpful and got me a key right away."

"Property was behind a very busy and high class restaurant. You will need to walk pass restaurant to see the apartment building. Checking in was easy and fast. There is a 24hour guard on duty for you to access in/out of building so it’s very safe. However, guard does not speak any English when I have a question to ask on check out time and if I could leave luggage somewhere in the building after check out. no other way to speak to anyone else. Fortunately the owner of apartment came at check out...

"We stayed here to explore Rome, as a family of four, two adults 11 year old and 6 year old, the apartment was spotless with everything we needed, beds comfortable and staff so friendly. Walking distance to so many of the top tourist sites. We couldn’t have asked for more, even the terrace was beautiful to sit and play cards in the evening. We will definately be back! "

"Comfortable bed, lots of stairs, small elevator. Room was nice and spacious. Shower was small and I kept bumping the valve as I was showering, bathroom was large. There was a nice large patio. Internet worked good but went out late at night the first night I was there. The door took a minute to figure out when I first checked In."

"The check in process took a while since people all arrived at the same time and there was no order to who went next because the machine was broken to take a number. After getting checked in everything was great. The room was all we needed and we were only a quick bus and metro ride away from everything in Rome."
