「・一連の旅行で5箇所のホテルに宿泊したが、朝食は1番良かった。 ・日本人も良く宿泊するからなのか、日本語で挨拶してくれるスタッフもいて、親しみやすかった。 ・サッカーの試合のEチケットの印刷をお願いしたが、難なく対応してもらえた。 ・シャワーやドライヤーの設備も問題ない。 ・テルミニ駅からは徒歩15分程と、意外と離れていた(私自身のリサーチ不足)。メトロのレプブリカ駅からだと徒歩10分程度か。 ・コンセントの差し込み口の不具合なのか、差し込みが緩く、コンセントが外れてしまった。(差し込み口は複数あるので、他の差し込み口を使用した為、問題にはならなかった) 」

「The room was quiet and very comfortable with just the right amenities for a stay in Rome. The breakfast is by far the best buffet in a hotel we have ever had! Roel, the breakfast host, is great! He is very friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable (and makes a great cappuccino). The staff in general are all great, from the front desk to the cleaning staff. The hotel is in a great location. If you like to walk, you can get to many of the key attractions of Rome. The furthest we walked is to Vatican...

「Great neighborhood and accessible location to shops, foods, central. Bus stops to take you everywhere. Small room but practical for budget stays in Rome. Staff are amazingly helpful and responsive. Very nice vintage building, calm and cozy, a little touch of maintenance will make it even more suitable. But generally, was a very nice experience. 」

「Nous avons choisi cet hébergement pour son prix et son emplacement vu que nos plans de voyage avait changés et que notre autre hébergement n’était pas disponible plus tôt. Difficulté à recevoir les indications pour accéder à l’endroit malgré le check-in complété à l’avance tel que demandé. J’ai tenté à plusieurs reprises de contacter l’hôte via la messagerie de Hotels.com et Whatsapp mais sans réponse autre qu’une réponse automatisée. Quelques taches sur les portes et mur.」

「Staff was very friendly and accommodating. This hotel was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was a plus that breakfast was included and delivered to your room. The only downsize was the thin walls so bring earplugs. Other than that I would stay here again. 」
