"Excellence! Room was amazing with private corner balcony, and city view! Bed so comfortable and spacious private bathroom! Close to all attractions! The staff were so friendly and helpful especially Giorgio - the hardest working man in the hotel business ! This place was over the top awesome! Make sure you get the private balcony room!!!!!"

"If you order a deluxe room, you are sent to another building that is not connected to a hotel. The deluxe rooms are in some office building/apartments where a floor has been turned to hotel units. If you need anything after a certain time, you have to get support from a sister hotel nearby. Hotel breakfast was good and service was good at the hotel breakfast. Julio made our mornings great. The staff at the sister hotel was also nice."

"Very convenient location especially if using the train system in and out of Rome. Also walking distance to many excellent restaurants and tour bus locations. Staff was multi language speaking and very polite and helpful. Room itself was totally adequate and clean but a bit outdated and a little rundown."

"Hotel is beautiful, views are stunning. Location is great too, right in front of a bus stop! Also feels less touristy of an area which is nice. It’s also close to a small grocery store, a pizza al taglio spot, & great restaurants. Breakfast rooftop buffet is a dream & the panoramic views are gorgeous. Staff was super friendly & they even bring your luggage to your room. We loved the parakeets and birds on the rooftop. & the staff friendliness. Just know the hotel room is super small so keep that in mind around bringing luggage. & there isn’t a full closet (just half closet). Also the bathroom door is a sliding door that doesn’t really close so note that you need to be very comfortable with who you are staying with. "

"Upon checking in we had requested a room with a bathtub, once we got to our room and tried to take a bath the knobs for the bath tub and shower did not work properly as they would get stuck and were not able turn off and on without breaking a sweat each and every time, when asked front desk if they can move us to a room where the shower worked properly they responded all the showers / bathtubs were the same problem. We were booked for two nites and decided to not stay and checked out the same day per my baths are a important part of my relaxation on my vacation and since I paid top dollar this was definitely unacceptable and very frustrating. I would never return."
