This is my third time in Hotel Chapter, so it is excellent choice in terms of location, staff, and amenities. It is better than what it advertised to be. So yea I highly recommend it! Did I mention that all the staff, literally in all shifts and everywhere in the hotel are amazing?

It was a great experience right from booking to checking out. Although we didn’t meet the hosts personally they were extremely friendly and helpful and quick to respond. The room was very clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Fantastic location, short walk to the Colosseum and plenty of restaurants. Would definitely recommend!

It is not possible to have a cleaner room than this one. There are beautiful marble floors, pristine and modern bathroom, and table and fridge with varied beverages and snacks included in the price. Francesco is also an excellent host, explaining everything in detail and patiently answering any questions. If I am ever in Civitavecchia again, this will be my abode of choice!

Relais Rione Ponte was a perfect location. It was everything we dreamed of for our elopement trip to Rome. We flew into town from Chicago via London Heathrow. Our luggage was lost and missing for 36 hours. Relais staff worked incredibly hard to contact the airport and ensure that we got our luggage as quickly as possible. This cannot be written quickly. Some things on the hotels.com web site were not so clear, but I booked because of the high user rating. First: it is not that easy to find, unless you know there is no sign. This is a B&B in a larger apartment building. Simply get to Scanderbeg Piazza and look for the number inscribed in the walls of the buildings. The unique thing about Hotel Lunetta is the staff. My husband and I were ill and they arranged a doctor to come and see us. They made sure we had a breakfast packed as we had to be at the airport for departure at 3 am. Friendly, supportive and in love with one of the oldest hotels out of two in Rome. We stayed at Relais Maddalena Camere for two nights last week. The staff there were incredibly welcoming, and the room we had was exceptional. This was a very nice place to stay, for our needs. Close to everything you need, food, shopping, the Vatican, and most other famous sites. The hostess was very helpful in getting our lost luggage back and booking us rides to and from the Airport. It made our Rome experience wonderful
