We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at My Bed Vatican. Ernesto and Paola were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Ernesto’s enthusiasm, warmth and eagerness to help made our visit especially memorable. He happily chatted with us over breakfast, which included delicious chocolate croissants and other treats, and his relationships with neighborhood restaurant owners led to several excellent dining recommendations. The location is outstanding. You can literally see the Vatican from the bathroom window, yet the neighborhood feels very safe and is surprisingly quiet at night. If visiting the Vatican, you can check the line from your window and be there in less than five minutes. St. Peter’s Basilica is also within easy walking distance, and the nearby Metro provides convenient access to the rest of Rome. We also strongly recommend their airport shuttle service. Paola picked us up upon arrival, while Ernesto and their daughter, Valentina, drove us to the airport for our departure. With Rome’s unpredictable traffic and uncertain taxi fares, their dependable service provided welcome peace of mind. My Bed Vatican offers exceptional hospitality, convenience and value for its location, and we would gladly stay there again.

Wow! This hotel was a amazing. Communication prior to our stay with the owners was wonderful. Hotel was very clean, beds were comfortable and shower was good. Breakfast was fresh pastriea, coffee or tea with yoghurts, cereal and gresh bread. The location was ideal, you can see the Vatican gates from the breakfast area and the metro is a 10 minute walk.

Delightful guest house/apartment with clean, comfy rooms and access to a pool/gym facility around the corner. The hosts, Ernesto and Paula are genuinely welcoming and helpful. Breakfast is simple but filling and comes with good conversation. The apartment looks over to the Vatican Museum entrance (watch the queue grow) and is an easy 10 mins walk from the Metro A line (Ottaviano). Loved our stay, thoroughly recommended.
