The rooms were clean and the owners Ernesto and Paola were very friendly and helpful. They picked me up from the airport and Ernesto helped me book tickets for a tour of St. Peter’s Basilica. The location is right across the street from the Vatican Museum and feels very safe.

Delightful guest house/apartment with clean, comfy rooms and access to a pool/gym facility around the corner. The hosts, Ernesto and Paula are genuinely welcoming and helpful. Breakfast is simple but filling and comes with good conversation. The apartment looks over to the Vatican Museum entrance (watch the queue grow) and is an easy 10 mins walk from the Metro A line (Ottaviano). Loved our stay, thoroughly recommended.

Everything was great. If seeing the Vatican is a priority, then this is the place to stay, the location quite literally couldn’t be better. The hospitality was fantastic and Ernesto gave us great recommendations for restaurants and directions whenever we needed it. I’ll be staying here from now on whenever I come to Rome.

We immensely enjoyed our trip to Rome and our stay at My Bed Vatican Museum!!! The place is perfect with its proximity to major sites such as St. Peter’s Basilica, the Vatican Museums, and good restaurants and cafes, as well as its accessibility to public transport. Ernesto and Paula, were extremely gracious hosts checking on us daily and bonding with us like extended family, over breakfast. Ernesto and Paula are truly amazing hosts. We arrived early and welcomed with coffee and a croissant! Ernesto was so helpful with recommendations for food and shopping. He helped me book a last minute tour to the Vatican and walked us to the tour office so we would not get lost! The room was adequately furnished with AC and windows that open out right across the street from the Vatican walls! I think one of the cardinals waved at me! Our stay was perfect. Ernesto sent me photos of our stay which I received on our way home! I would definitely recommend this guest house.

Highly recommended for a Vatican visit

We stayed here to ensure early entry to the Vatican Museum for a tour. We were very impressed by the location, which is genuinely perfect for the Vatican Museum, but also by the cleanliness, accessibility, and comfort of the room. The hosts were extremely helpful and friendly. It was a perfect stay. Lots of perks, very informed help, and ensured everything went smoothly for us. Can't say enough good things.

Our stay with Ernesto & Paola at My Vatican Bed Museum was exactly what we needed! We were there for one night. Ernesto accommodated us in every way. We had a very warm welcome from Ernesto at My Bed Vatican Museum. He gave us lots of helpful information, and was always just a WhatsApp message away for any assistance or advice. The air conditioning was so good to have, and one of the nicest features was the espresso machine available at any time in the Breakfast room. Also the lift, after some earlier accommodations had lots of stairs to climb. Could do with new pillows and softer towels, as well as a room safe, but everything else in the compact room was great, and we had plenty of space, including a desk and a wardrobe. We also liked being able to open the windows. The location was great, with a short walk to Vatican Museum and St Peter's Basilica, and easy walk to the Metro. Thank you to Ernesto and Paola for a wonderful time in Roma!

The location was wonderful. Just as described. And the Metro was only a short walk. The room was big and bathroom (for European standards) and very clean. The hosts were very helpful. One thing to note is that they do not live on sight but are very responsive using WhatsApp. Was very comfortable and safe and although it was close to a high trafficked area it was very quite at night. Would defiantly stay here again.

My Bed Vatican Museum was an awesome place to stay whilst in Rome. We did 2 x 2night stays before and after a cruise. The location was convenient to everything and walking distance to all the major sight seeing attractions. The room was spacious, clean and the bed was very comfortable with views of the Vatican City directly across the road. The most impressive thing about this accommodation was the awesome hosts - Ernesto & Paola, they are amazing. On hand to provide assistance with getting around Rome and providing a delicious breakfast every morning, fresh croissants, great coffee and much more. We loved our stay with Ernesto & Paola. Awesome place to stay when in Rome.

Location … Location … Location!

This small guesthouse is perfectly located to explore The Vatican and other local sites: the Vatican Museum is literally outside your bedroom window and St Peter's Basilica is a 10 minute walk away. Accommodation is a group of three private bedrooms each with ensuite toilets and showers: it is sparkling clean and the bed was most comfortable. Ernesto and Paola are the perfect hosts: they serve a light breakfast of coffee and fresh pastry in their shared kitchen and are available to answer your every need. Thanks to these gracious hosts for a perfect first visit to Rome!

Ernesto and Paola are just lovely. Such amazing hosts and even with our limited Italian and Ernesto’s English we felt very welcome and they couldn’t do enough to help us. Ernesto helped us get tickets for the bus and Vatican and walked us there so we could find the tourist offices. He was very kind. We had fresh croissants for breakfast and toast/yogurt and crackers, fresh coffee and juice. The room was comfortable and had air conditioning which was a relief as it was 37 outside. Nice and clean and beds made up each day and room cleaned. We would highly recommend this b and b and it’s right beside Vatican City. Would definitely visit again
