「Poor condition」

「Friendly staff. Good, quiet location if visiting the wave park」

「The clerk at the desk did not know how to run our payment and had me calling my bank for nothing. About a half hour later a general manager came out and finally asked how she tried the payment. He finally tried my payment and it went through. She had no knowledge on how to run my payment. The staff have no customer skills and are not friendly at all.」

「I had a wonderful trip. I would like to use your services again.」

「Having an on site restaurant was a plus.」

「Hotel was conveniently located to the shops at Fountain Hills. Busy street. Room had a slightly musty smell but was clean. Breakfast was offered (coffee, pastries), but was not extensive. Overall, excellent value for the price paid.」

「Very clean. Breakfast is delicious and plentiful. I stay here when I am in Tempe.」
