「The clerk at the desk did not know how to run our payment and had me calling my bank for nothing. About a half hour later a general manager came out and finally asked how she tried the payment. He finally tried my payment and it went through. She had no knowledge on how to run my payment. The staff have no customer skills and are not friendly at all.」

「Tru was a great experience. Nice beautiful rooms. Pool table available for guests.」

「It was not a true one bedroom suite but a big wall separate the room from each other. Min fridge no freezer inside it. Two uncomfortable chairs to sit on. Breakfast nothing special. Very quiet hotel.,great staff. Only one very small hot tub and small pool ,only 60 people. Not really a family hotel」
