An amazing historic hotel in the the middle of old Quebec. The hotel did a remarkable job with cleaning and general maintenance. Had an issue with the valet service and they did an excellent job with customer service.
The hotel is quite clean. It is located right in the heart of the most beautiful part of the city, soon walking distance of old Quebec, and the Abraham plains. We had a superior King room, and the view was amazing. However, the bed and pillows were rather uncomfortable, and the AC in the room was ...
Great location, nice sized rooms. My only issue was they only gave us two pillows for the bed, not the standard 4. However, they immediately brought us two more pillows upon request. Right outside the gates of old Quebec.
Front desk customer service was really good. Hotel is clean. Cons: really slow internet connection.
Excellent location. Lots of outdoor activities included in the price. The restaurant was superb, would recommend.
Our stay was so relaxed, we decided to extend one more night and go to the spa all day ... The food was great and the evenings were great as well while sipping champagne around the fireplace at the Bar!
