"A quaint boutique hotel located within walking distance to Old Quebec City. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Parking was easy and reasonably priced with in/out privileges. The hotel uses physical keys for its rooms, which can be both a plus and a minus. There is only one elevator servicing all five floors, and the ride can be shaky. Overall, a great stay! "

"Hotel Palace Royale is within walking distance to many attractions. The pool and hot tub are great for the end of the day soak after a long day of non stop walking. The check in was easy. We arrived early and they allowed us to check in to our room. The front staff was super helpful with suggestions of things to see and things to do. A couple of suggestions would maybe have robes in the rooms to curl up in or wear down to the pool and body lotion. Definitely would return. "

Breakfast in our room at exactaly the time we asked for it with everything we wanted every day.
