"Full sized kitchen with a 2 hob cooker and electric oven, full sized fridge is great if you plan to cook. Laundry and gym are adequate for my needs. Location is my favorite part of the hotel."

"Breakfast was good . Staff were friendly. Kitchen has nothing we were expecting at least induction . We ended of eating lunch dinner outside because there was no cooking utensils. Micro oven was not working fast enough too . Thank you "

"Our air conditioner was not working because outlet next to it was broken. I also wish the limited parking had been better communicated but they did give us a map showing some nearby garages. Location was excellent and we really really enjoyed the indoor pool."

"My last visit was so lovely - the staff, the room, everything. This time, the check-in was great, but everything went downhill after that. There was a loud random knocking from some fan that came and went all night and kept me from sleeping. Not a background AC/Heat vent but knocking. Then, waking up late and exhausted, and showering in a hurry, I realized that there were no bath towels. When I told the front desk at checkout, I got zero sympathy. "We're undergoing renos, there are fans on" and, "We have towels right here, you should have called us". No time or desire to argue about this. Yes. Normally, a quick call works. But what if your clients are there to sleep and then need to quickly shower and leave, can they expect they'll be able to do this when they book a room in your hotel? "

"Breakfast was decent but limited. Layout of the building was strange as guest windows looked directly out into a hallway, which in turn looks out into a very busy road; for privacy reasons the curtain had to remain closed for the entire stay, making the room dark. Rooms were clean, as were shared spaces. Proximity to metro station was convenient, though the location is not the most pleasant at night."

"Room’s floor was sandy, a random cheerio, and found lot of dust when I accidentally dropped my earring on the floor. I even requested the front desk to have someone clean the floor but they told me they won’t do that and only refresh the beds. I rarely write any negative reviews but the fact that they refused to vacuum even after requesting it, I just feel like their standards are mediocre at best."

"We were placed in a condo building when we were told it would be a proper hotel. The hallways and our unit smelled of heavy cigarette smoke. "
