"The hotel is quite old and has an unpleasant smell. In the morning, there was a sudden power outage, and my whole family got trapped in the elevator. We called twice and knocked on the elevator door for a while before the staff came and helped us out. The entire incident lasted about 15 minutes. At first, the front desk told me that they would give me a refund because of what happened. However, they later said that they could not refund us because the power outage affected the entire area."

"Place was decent, maybe I expect too much from a four-star hotel. The luggage staff tended to be out and about, so it took a while to check my bags for storage before check in. Overall though, everyone was nice when available and the location is fantastic. The rooms are a tad dated, and the soap dispensers seemed a little cheap, especially with the threading coming off some of the towels etc. Overall it just didn't feel very four-star to me, but a very solid, clean three-star. Didn't use the amenities."

"It was excellent stay room was clean and stuff was very helpful specially when you don't speak French thanks a lot for helping in English. I really love the pool with hot tub & sauna. Breakfast was awesome you name it they have it. We enjoyed so much feel like stay one more night but couldn't stay but we will visit again. I definitely recommend"
