Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was comfortable, and the breakfast was good with a decent variety of options. The only issue we experienced was getting stuck in the elevator for around 15 minutes, which was understandably a little stressful. However, apart from that incident, everything else during our stay was smooth and enjoyable. Overall, it was a good experience, and we would consider staying here again.

Older property that has spacious hallways and large rooms. The beds are nice and overall an OK place to stay. However management could easily enhance the stay by providing some simple items that travellers look for such as decent pillows, normal light bulbs so that one can read, more ammenities (kettles, toiletry items) and a better breakfast,

Not sure what some other people were complaining about, I found my room to be modern and useful, clean, the staff was super helpful. For the price point it’s more than what you would expect. Very handy for travellers right off the highway. A great jumping off point to Quebec city or the Maritimes.

Desk staff on arrival okay. Kids enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was limited/we arrived at 7:45 surprised how little was left. No one around to ask. Staff person came in when we were ready to leave. Had been seen visiting at the desk. Room was okay Except Bathroom had a very musty smell.

We had a great overall experience during our one-night stay at Hotel L’Oie des Neiges. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the hotel itself was clean and inviting. One area where I feel there is room for improvement is the information provided by the staff upon arrival. The young staff were friendly, but I had to ask several basic questions after checking in, such as what time breakfast starts, where the breakfast area is located, and what time the pool and spa area opens and closes. While this information may be posted on signs throughout the hotel, I feel that staff should proactively provide these details during check-in. It would make the arrival experience much smoother and more welcoming for guests. The complimentary breakfast was appreciated, but I do think the continental breakfast could be upgraded a little. There was nothing wrong with it, especially considering that it is included with the stay, but improving the selection and presentation would make it feel more like a hotel breakfast and less like something you would quickly grab at a gas station. I would also encourage the hotel not to rely too heavily on the pool and spa area as its main selling point or "saving grace." While that area may be an important feature for some guests, not everyone chooses a hotel because of the pool. The overall guest experience, including the room, service, breakfast, communication, and hospitality, should stand on its own.

This is our second stay here on the way back home. As it was on our first stay, the hotel is clean, the staff helpful . This would be our location of choice when visiting this area next time. Just one small thing, one of us likes a hot sauce condiment with eggs at breakfast. Bring your own if you are one of those people who is into that.

It was what I expected from the price. It was OK and convenient. The staff were ok at check in but the later sraff were not very friendly. The breakfast was fine could have been hotter. The bathroom heater was really dusty. Maybe they need to pay better attention to the cleaning. Overall it was an adequate hotel for the price.
