"There's no breakfast, the room is dirty/dusty, the bed is too soft for comfort, and the noise penetrates. We were not able to sleep well. The area would be ok for his telling, not as hotel where one would expect privacy and some peace quiet"

"The property is iconic, but it’s also old. So, the comfort is not the best. The self parking is not ideal (you need to navigate up and down stairs through the hallway to get to the lobby, so make sure to unload in front first). "Hotel is Okay, location is good but the hotel is aging and the pool area and water are not maintained, The water is dirty and cloudy 1 hour after opening of the.pool at 9am, twice i pulled someone elses hair off my head and body. There was a bandaid on the pool ground for the entire 4 day stay at this hotel. Which meant only one thing the pool area wasnt mopped once in the 4 days my family and i satyed here. Okay hotel but i wouldnt saty here again. "

"The room was large and clean, but white old and worn out looking. It needs an update, it could use new chairs as the chair legs are all loose and ready to break and the bedding needs to be redone. The blowdryer is all cracked and and no shelving or enough hooks to hang stuff in the bathroom. "

"What I liked: 1. Very spacious room: The room has two chairs, several lamps, blackout curtains, and ample closet space. 2. Gym: The gym has several cardio machines and several cable machines. There are dumbbells up to 50 pounds. There are two free benches. The sauna is large and coed. The pool is large enough for 3 lanes and maybe 4. 3. Security: There was always staff at the front. Keys are needed to use the elevators. 4. Proximity to tourist attractions: It's a 25 minute uphill walk from here to Old Montreal tourist attractions. I took a cab each time to get there. Cabs arrived in less than 5 minutes each time. 5. Proximity to food: There are numerous cafes, pastry spots, and several restaurants within 10 minutes walk."
