This was a beautifuly preserved unique hotel in a great part of Quebec City. Many excellent food choices nearby. It was clean, the bed was comfortable, the hotel was quiet, and the bathroom was very nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. As a bonus it's only a few minutes from the cruise ship port. We would definitely stay here again!
This was a wonderful place to stay - clean, comfortable and convenient to nearby shops and restaurants. Staff was very helpful and fluent in English. We would stay here again.
This is a nice place to stay in Quebec, with a good location. It's clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. Our room was small, but it was adequate. I would stay here again.
We enjoyed the location - we could walk everywhere and were also a five minute walk to Cartier Street which has lots of restaurants. The staff was very helpful for anything we needed. A unique place! Would highly recommend.
Managed to get parking outside the hotel. Easy to get into the room. Room well presented, clean and comfy. Places to eat about a 5 minute walk. Bus stops outside to take you into old Quebec
The rooms were very well maintained. The location was perfect for our needs. Walking distance from Old Montreal and Plains of Abraham. Plenty of restaurants and shopping right in the area. Overall perfect.
A great place to stay for a few days, while visiting Quebec City. Close proximity to town center and Old Town. Having a place to stay with parking accommodations is very convenient. Shops close by, reception provides a local guide to food, drinks, and shops.
There is no iron box.
Great for our girls weekend with 4 of us in the spacious Family Quadruple room. Very clean room & public spaces, Very friendly, helpful staff. Close to a lot of nice bistrots & boutiques on rue Cartier- and the best coffee shop ever -Cafe Costelo! A bit of a hike to the heart of Vieux Quebec (30 min) but doable. Safe neighborhood. Excellent value!
Property had self check in where they sent a code to enter. There was someone at desk who advised us about restaurants in area. There was a bus stop nearby to get into Old Quebec if you didn't want to take a lengthy walk. On site parking was a plus.
We loved the shared spaces, especially the great tables—the outside patio was also very charming. We could not say enough about the staff; they were so lovely and made us feel so welcome. Great stay. We'll be back.
Air conditioning didn’t work
No iron in room
Room was clean and overall an ok room
No hangers for clothes
Check in was very easy and there was minimal communication with staff
Very easy to find, really great room and bed! Awesome air conditioning.
Nice bilingual staff. Quick walking access to the lovely neighborhood, parks, museums, etc.
Easy self parking.
Walkable to old QC, Frontenac, Citadel, Plains of Abraham. Close to great restaurants on Cartier. A very special area and hotel is well positioned for us.
We loved this uniquely decorated hotel. It has great amenities and a great atmosphere! Bed was super comfortable! I wish there were more places like this! 10/10!
Everything was very nice—the place was clean and beautifully decorated. The only thing I’d mention is that the bed was too soft for us. My husband weighs about 200 pounds, and when he slept on his side, the mattress sank quite a bit. I found myself leaning toward him, and my back hurt the next day. Unfortunately, the bed wasn’t very comfortable for us.
