「Enough experiences towards Foreighers who can only speak English. We can achieve rapid check-in without actual passports, with Only certification document issued by Chinese goverment. In the other hotels, long took time taken (over a half hour), more subsequence documents needed, in worst case, refused to stay. Very clever, sharp, and kind staffs at front office. 「The hotel locates in the new region of Hangzhou city, 5 mins walk to the a huge shopping mall. The room was surprisingly spacious. My favorite part is it has a huge round bathtub! Services are also good, you will be greeted every time when passing the front door. The only thing- it is not very easy to find public transportation, but you can definitely call Uber or Didi. 」
