「The room and the view of the canal was brilliant. The staff was most helpful. I messaged while in airport to make changes to the booking. The hotel acted without fuss. Housekeeping was efficient to get the room cleaned around our schedule. I cannot fault this hotel at all.」

「Nice and comfortable place to stay!」

「Nice hotel to stay. Only drawback is the area is a little further away from tourist attractions.」

「Clean and spacious room for a family of 3; polite staff; nice breakfast with a variety of food; a bit far from the metro station but manageable distance; would be great if some staff can be stationed at the reception desk on night shift so that guests checking in and out during midnight can be served without waking up the staff who were asleep 」
