「Very friendly staff」

「We stayed here as a family of five with three children and had a pleasant stay overall. The apartment was just the right size for our family, and the accommodation was comfortable and clean. There were a few small things that needed fixing, but nothing that affected our stay significantly. We visited in July during very hot weather, and the air conditioning worked really well, which made a big difference. One downside is that the apartment can be quite noisy. Even with all the windows closed...

「Facility are very old or at bad conditions. Position isn’t good and not value for money.」

「My family booked from 28Jul-02Aug(5nights). After we get in to the apartment, first--the Wifi is not working, second--the AC is totally not cooling(like didn't clean AC for long time)(and we cannot open the window because many mosquito outside the garden), third--there are used bedsheet & used pillow inside the cabinet. Fourth--the chair cushion outside the garden is only broken sponge. We really can't sleep in the apartment when Milan temperature was like 32 at night(we moved out on the first...
