"We were quite comfortable and really enjoyed the use of the kitchen. We had a little trouble navigating the TV but watched what we could find. The condo has a lot of light, more than those who live outside a city were used to. We were unable to arrive as planned and checked in the next day, however our host extended our check out time which gave us a chance to explore our surroundings. The host was wonderfully helpful and made our stay enjoyable."

"I have stayed in other properties, only to be disappointed that the place didn't look like the pictures. This beach villa blew my socks off, the pictures don't do this richly furnished villa justice! First, the host called and actually asked us about sleeping arrangements and what we wanted stocked in the refrigerator. Who does that? Then they had a host of thoughtful snacks and stuff that was the WOW factor. On price versus value-If I could give it 10 stars I would. We were blown away...

, biking around the neighborhood, and cooking in the well furnished kitchen. The weather was gloomy this summer for much beach time but it access to the beach was just a 2 minute walk. The condo was also an excellent launching point for day trips to Santa Barbara and a boat ride to the Channel Islands."
