This a scam from Expedia, the pictures are fake, there’s no such thing as they said. The location is almost 3 blocks away from the beach. But Expedia sells it like the hotel in in the beach area. Be careful booking with Expedia. The manager said, Expedia sells pictures that the hotel located in the beach but it’s not true. The condition of the hotel is old and part I’m the room are broken. So no recommendations to this place. Don’t believe what Expedia is posting on the pictures because it’s not true. It’s a scam.

First red flag I should have know was the number listed was not answering 2 days prior to booking I left a message then realized when I got there and asked the number they had was different then the one listed on Expedia which i feel they use to their advantage. Upon arriving was hit with a “remaining balance” fee that I couldn’t get an understanding of aside of “this is because you booked through Expedia” after trying to understand for nearly 10 minutes going back and forth with the manager. She then tried to convince me that my stay for what I was getting was well worth it (her opinion) being that I had no choice but to pay or lose the total I had already put nearly $300, I paid. Got into the room to realize there was absolutely no AC but a small circulating fan luckily it’s not summer opened a few windows notice only 1 out of 5 had a screen. The beds weren’t very comfortable and to top it, all the complementary breakfast was was literally a bagel or a choice between 2-3 cereals. Not even a dining area for that either. There seemed to be a lot of sketchy people wandering at night and was a little worried leaving stuff in the room. This is not a place i recommended anyone unless it’s a very last resort and even still don’t expect much. There was only one staff member there that was helpful. Wi-Fi password wouldn’t connect due to the amount of devices already online. Being on the same block as the beach is probably the only positive thing and that’s me looking for one.

Checked in rooms do not look like they do in the pictures. They do not have any kitchens. It was warm and has no AC when you open the windows. It was pretty loud outside booked room for two nights only stayed one.

Run down wreck. Tv is impossible to turn on, even the staff couldn’t figure it out! Then at arrival, they demanded $18. More than the Expedia rate. Or you can’t stay. The wall plugs to charge your phone, half didn’t work No screens on the windows, anyone could climb through and steal you blind No A/C No staff on site when you need staff. Just a nightmare I’m only 71 yrs old, traveled the world. Perhaps there is a worse place to stay. For now, this is number one.

There was for sure no ocean view. The room was very unkept. One of the bathrooms didn’t have a waste basket, toilet paper holder, and there was no bar of soap to even wash your hands with. The shower was dirty. There was soap left over from the previous people who there and it was in horrible shape. I will never stay there again! It was not anything that I expected. It looks really nice online and the pictures look really pretty but it’s total opposite of that. This was the worst place I’ve ever stayed in my life. When I checked out, I told the woman who takes care of the front desk about how bad the room was and how dirty the shower was and she just shrugged her shoulders and didn’t say a word. Horrible front desk service. This hotel needs to be condemned.

Expedia misrepresented the room being rented. It was not on the beach and was not nice at all. Dirty floor made your feet black. Bugs in the room bathroom not cleaned after last guest. I blame expedia mostly for misrepresentation.

This place was disgusting. The room was nothing like the photo, the water only got to luke warm for our showers, the towels were dingy, the walls were very thin and you could hear every sound. I believe there were people who lived there full time and the staff was rude and completely useless. Then to top it all off one of the beds had bed bugs and we left with bits covering our entire body. We were also over charged and the hotel refused to credit us for the double charge of the “hotel fee.” This place should not even be an option on Expedia it was terrible, disgusting, and completely gross and the staff was rude, unprofessional and awful, they even hung up on my husband when he tried to talk to them about the over charge. Do not stay here!

This is a horrible property and the owners overcharged for booking on a third party site. In the middle of the night, the battery for fire alarm went dead and caused the unit to trip with ear piercing shrills. The ice machine is dead and seems they have no urgency in providing ice. The room was dirty with sand on the floor. The TP ran out. All the front office gave was lip service. The parking worked. The location wasn't bad.
