「Unfortunately, our experience here was less than adequate. To start off, when you entered the room, there was stains on the chair, bedding, and towel in the bathroom. Then the A/c didnt work. We called the number for the hotel which was an offside person. It took an hour for maintenance to show up because they had to dispatch them .our "neighbors" were slamming their stuff in the room and keeping our toddler up. 「The location of the Inn is unmatched for access to Newbury Port’s many restaurants, historical homes and waterfront. The breakfast buffet was top notch and provides options for every reference. Will stay there again next time through my old stomping grounds」

「room is quite neat, cute clean, very nice, a cute little room; the staff are very friendly and helpful, balcony is very serene to relax and lounge.」

「So the outside needs some work so don't judge this book by its cover. Our room was very nice. Comfy beds, a mini fridge, kurig, a microwave, a table for two to sit and eat at, and a big TV. Everything was clean and the room itself was spacious. The bathroom was small but updated and clean. I've stayed at a few of the motels in this area but I will be coming back to this one going forward!」
