「The least at the front desk was super nice when I checked in. The room and bathroom was clean. I didn't have to m time to check out the breakfast but it is offered. All in all I would definitely stay again. 」

「It was a nice clean hotel. Unfortunately they were struggling to get keys to work in some doors. 6 tries to get us into a room which included 4 trips up and down from the second floor. Then sent me to a room that had other guests…luckily the key didn’t work again. Finally had to try 2 rooms on the first floor, which ok…it’s now been a half hour and we’re finally in a room. Then at 2:30 AM they send other guests to check into our room because they failed to update their system to reflect the room...

「Staff was great. It would be nice to have a microwave in the rooms and maybe a waffle maker in the breakfast area, maybe serve sausage links or bacon. Only other suggestion would be a trash shoot or something on each floor for larger trash since the trash cans in the rooms are small. The property itself was nice and clean. 」

「Stayed at this hotel for anmixnof business and mini getaway. The room was spacious, clean and bed was comfortable. There was a mini fridge, microwave and tea/coffee maker. All in excellent condition. Breakfast was included and was better than many places I have stayed in. There was ample and small changes daily along with the staples. Nothing to complain about and the coffee was excellent. Note coffee was available 24/7. Overall the property is in spectacular condition. Anyone that thinks...

「Thermostat reset to heat every day so even when it was 85 degrees outside the heat was blasting in my room. In response to my complaint, front desk said during the day it is on a motion sensor so if you leave your room at 9 am with AC set to 70 degrees, the heat will kick in after a few hours of no motion, front desk said people complain all the time and "if you think it's bad now just wait til it's 100 degrees out and the heat is still on". Found a cockroach in my room one evening. Towels very...

「Everything was clean, toilet was hard to flush because it was tied to the lever to help it work. Desk clerk did his job but was not friendly when I checked in. The clerk at the desk the next morning was friendly and helpful. 」

「Great hotel for a weekend stay. We did have a stopped up sink, but we notified the front desk and it was fixed the next day. Overall not bad, bed was clean, room in general was clean. Probably could use some minor updates. 」

「My stay was great. The only thing that I will have to say is that the tub was clogged because when I was taking a shower, the tub was filling up and not draining fast and the toilet handle broke but other than that, I had a good stay. The hotel was close to a lot of shopping areas and restaurants. I will definitely stay again.」

「Parking included across the street. Loved The Russell. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in that area. Close by to restaurants. Beautiful lobby to hangout. There was a filtered water and ice machine on each floor with a microwave. Bottled water and snacks provided in the room with a coffee machine. Coffee and tea available in the lobby. We did notice that grab bars are needed in the shower for safety reasons. 」
