"Breakfast had a great selection, however, stay away from the sausage they do not cook it to the right temperature and leave it in a cold steam table. It’s not even warm when you grab it from the pan."

"There were multiple stains on the floor on the hallways (looked like pet urine), on the floor in the bathroom, and on the curtains and comforters. Parking did not feel comfortable. "

"It was clean however the room had no water for drinking , no ice machine or vending machines. The items they carry by the desk are outrageously priced. The hotel is a good 2 mile walk to the broadway bars and there’s a huge hill. No one came to change linens or empty garbage, etc. unless you asked. The staff was not helpful in guiding visitors around the area. They couldn’t answer any questions, be they did they offer to look something up. They didn’t seem to care. The pool is very small and no umbrellas. Overall I was fit for the money."

"The staff was nice and the hotel was clean. They have a nice restaurant on site. You can also walk to several locations for entertainment, breakfast, lunch and dinner. I would definitely stay here again."

"The Grand Hyatt Nashville is an AWESOME place to stay. It is close to Nashville Yards, Assembly Hall, and not to far from Broadway. "
