"The staff was amazing and the rooms were large and clean. Checking in was difficult because there is nothing in the first floor to tell you that you need to check in on the fifth floor. The USB ports did not work in our room making it difficult to charge electronics."

Checkout was at 11 but they let us keep our belongings in a room while we explored Nashville, they also let my kids go swimming after we had already checked out!
