"Clean and spacious rooms. Pool area was clean. Rude receptionist, she had a a lot of attitude & not willing to help, all her answers were short & clipped. Don't expect to get a room before check-in (4pm), I got there at 2:30 & wasn't allowed to check in until 4, I was told yo come back later. If you have parking troubles she, the receptionist,is no help she directs you to the street and suggests you scan a QR code or figure it out with the valet. Asked for help with the TV that wasn't working in our living room & was told to go down to the lobby for a set of batteries, no one came to check on the TV."

"The room was ok the showerhead was turned out so that when you turned it on the water went straight to my face plus there was no cold water only very hot water called front desk they sent mantainence up to fix but then we had only cold water. Breakfast was good but bacon not cooked correctly. Parking attendants were awesome very nice as well as the front desk "

"Grounds rather sad and lobby, but the room was fine. Didn't stay long enough to get coffee or food. There was live music in the lobby bar. Country winners of various shows like The Voice. Right across from the park. You could see the Parthenon from our balcony. Walking to ice cream, J.Alexanders, PFChang and several others. Vanderbilt stadium was in the rear of the hotel across the back parking lot. "

"Clean room - Great location - 2 blocks away from Broadway. Staff were really nice."

"Staff was so great, our room was nice, everything was clean, the only complaint is how loud the doors shut. You could hear people coming and going at 3 AM. It is a hotel so not expecting complete quiet, but it definitely woke me out of a sleep when others would come in late. "
